Like everything else seasonal is a relative concept however in the Dominican Republic there is no spring, summer, autumn, winter rotation as experienced in the cooler northern latitudes but in terms of visitors there is an understandable reverse seasonality. When it is cold up north this is the perfect escape zone.
The busiest season is therefore January, February and March, but why not invest in some top quality low price real estate and take advantage of visitors whichever season they arrive because the sunshine is year round and the temperatures rarely ever drop below 70°F (20°C).
